My girl is booked and busyyyy. Everytime I go in she has a line of people waiting and as I wait even more people come in! I won’t get my eyebrows threaded anywhere else! 💓

So I’ve been here a couple times now and I really tried to give them a fair shot but after today I am definitely not returning. She left my eyebrows uneven today and another time I went I walked in and two ladies made me wait while they ate their lunch out in public. It seemed very unprofessional to me given that there were two ladies they could have taken turns eating and paid attention to the customer. Another time they cut my eyebrow hair way too short. I honestly gave them so many chances because they were close to home but I will not be returning. Prices are reasonable but for being in mainline their unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

I went to Threading Palace for my first time having my eyebrows done. I was a bit nervous about getting them messed up, but they didn’t take too much off like I asked. However, they did miss a few stray hairs which was the main reason I wanted to get them done. I had hoped to have the owner do them because of the other reviews mentioning her a lot, but someone else did it. I’d still go back though since it was almost perfect, inexpensive, and they took me same day for my appointment.

They do good work and are reasonably priced, but there seems to be no rhyme or reason to when appointments matter. I made an appointment months ago, but I still had to sit and wait. Today, however, I was waiting for 15-20 minutes, 2 women behind me, but they took the last woman to enter before me because she called ahead and they said to come in 10 minutes, so I guess she gets priority. Not sure if the risk of a long wait is worth it anymore for me.

My fiancée went here to have her eyebrows tinted and threaded and Babita did an incredible job! I would highly recommend Threading Palace for any eyebrow tinting, threading, waxing, facials or hair removal services. Babita is a licensed esthetician and her experience, professionalism, and commitment to the field is unparalleled. My fiancée was so pleased with the results.
